I've been paying attention to what some other 'big' sites have been doing and what catches my eye. I noticed that I looked at the comments section of the sidebar more and more so I thought I would make more visible. I'm even thinking of removing the calendar because I don't know if anyone really uses it. However if you mean the comments on the front page right under the latest post, I really like that too and is a function of this theme. I didn't even realize that until I got some comments. I rather like it myself and it surely won't bother me if anyone borrows it. Any good ideas I can find across other blogs I'm going to borrow myself! For example, I've thought about doing something like your "posts of note". It is almost like a personal carnival of sorts. Thanks Dogberry.
