		<description>I would not recommend Rich Dad - it is really more like Hype Dad.

I still have the Givens books on my shelves from years ago.  Might have to pull them off the shelf for a review now.

		<description>I actually looked at that book a couple years ago when the hype around it started to die down a bit and it seemed more motivational than 'procedural'. However I may have to take another look at it as I mentioned it has been a while.
