What more can you ask for than some nice fat steaks cooked on the grill for July 4th? Well that is exactly what we did, combined with some nice fresh corn all cooked on the grill.
First step of course is to fire up the grill… Gotta love self starting charcoal!

Then of course you have to put the goodies on the grill. Here I have the corn and the steaks on the grill, before the first turning of the steaks…

My wife made up a wonderful garlic-butter mixture with some fresh chives, that was wonderful on the corn. Unfortunately I don’t think we got good corn, cause they didn’t quite taste right. Oh well, the butter was awesome!

Now that is fine dining!
